The services available to you through PCS are limited only by your imagination. If you do not see what you want, contact us, and as long as it is legal and feasible we will do our best to help.

In order to service all of your innovative and usually very simple needs, we provide a basic outline of the manner in which the majority of our services are priced.  Selections from our list of Basic Service are the ones that most of our clients choose from and these services are available on an a la carte basis and most are priced on an hourly rate.  

Some services vary depending on the complexity of the request as well as other factors, so please contact us to discuss tailor-made pricing. Yet we are flexible enough to be creative for your every need and extremely reasonable in pricing the best solution for you.

Pricing scenarios:

Typical $35 / 60 minute (1 hour minimum) fee for services include:

Individual Services

• Last-minute Personal Shopping/ Catering
• Shopping  service(Groceries/Gifts/Deliveries)
  
• House-sitting (Long and Short durations)
  
• Pet care / Kennel Services
  
• Automotive assistance: Drop off/Pick up
  
• Reminder service
  
• Providing waiters/bartenders
  
• Supervise Repairs and Installations

Typical $45 / 75 minutes fee for services include:

• Supervise Repairs and Installation
• Senior-Adult assistance services:       
• Check-in visits on the elderly            

Typical $55 / 60 minutes (2-hour block min.) fee for services include:

• Waiting for home service maintenance
  (Cable / phone / internet service)
• Home / Office organization services
• House sitting

Senior Citizens, over the age of 65, will receive a discounted rate of service for every level of options.
Prices do not include cost of merchandise purchased.

Payment

Payment for all à la carte service is due upon completion of services rendered by cash or credit card. We accept Visa and Master card paid through Paypal or Cashiers check.

All additional service charges will require in advance a check made out to providing business or credit card access.

In some cases an equal amount to the price of services rendered will be held on a major credit card as a security deposit.

General Information and Conditions

We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours. We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.

PCS works primarily within a 15 mile radius of Princeton Borough, services rendered outside of that area may incur additional charges. All concierge/errand rates include time from the beginning of the task and for the first 15 miles of travel. Travel over 15 miles will be billed at the rate of $0.445 per mile. Additional time will be rounded and billed to the nearest 1/4 hour.

PCS maintains the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.

Credit cards held as a security deposit will not be charged unless the client fails to provide alternate method of payment upon completion of service.

Hours of Operation

Normal operating business hours are 7 a.m. - 5:00p.m., Monday - Saturday, however we can be reached at any time.

Services are available by appointment beyond business office hours (additional fees may apply).

Cancellation

Cancellation of services requires a 24 hour notice via phone or email.
If no notice is given, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

PCS reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.

PCS takes no responsibility for any damages suffered as a result of using their services. In no event will Princeton Concierge Services be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of the use of or inability to use Princeton Concierge Services.

Services that are not provided directly by Princeton Concierge Services LLC will be provided by members of our Vendor Network. These vendors share the PCS commitment to service and have been fully researched to ensure that clients will have only the best professionals working for them. 

PCS vendors will offer quality service and value.  We have a great professional network with experienced vendors that will serve you with special care.

All Service Providers are required to be licensed and insured in New Jersey.
