What is a concierge service?

A concierge is a service or personal assistant designed to provide busy people with assistance in managing their daily and professional tasks or "To Do" lists.  Princeton Concierge can assist you with big and small tasks--You might use us to do as little as run a few local errands or something major as assisting in preparing to move across the nation. Perhaps you are looking for someone to assist with a relatives visit or walk your dog—just call on us and we’ll help you organize, streamline and balance your life.


How does the service work?

You request our assistance via email or a phone call. During an initial consultation we develop a plan for the work to be done and set a mutually convenient time to provide you with the desired service.


What if the service I'm looking for is not on your list?

Our services are only limited by your imagination, so if we can, we will take care of it for you. If what you need is services we don’t provide, then we will assist you with finding the right person/organization for the job through our vast Vendor Network.  We will bring in a professional from our list of pre-qualified, preferred service providers.


How much do you charge for your services?

As every request is different, our price schedules can vary with the service, distance and length of time spent fulfilling your needs.  Most of our basic services range in price from $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum.  Customers can also pay for a block of hours or for weekly services.  As each service varies from one service to another some services will require consultation and individual pricing structures.


Are the services transferable?

Yes,-- Princeton Concierge has Gift Certificates for all of it’s services and find that they are great for new parents, close business associates, or top-performing employees.  There are several ways to utilize the certificates and we invite you to call us with any questions or applications.


What if I would like access to your list of service providers but don't need your scheduling and supervision services?

No problem. You can subscribe to our list and we will provide you with up to three resources for getting the work done. Everyone on our list is a provider whom we have personally used or who has been recommended by others on our list.


Is your company bonded and insured?

Yes, Princeton Concierge Services LLC is a bonded and insured limited liability company.


Who is a typical client?

We really don’t have a typical client, but examples include: Individuals that want to provide services for their elderly relatives, new parents that are overwhelmed by their ‘bundle of joy’, dual-income families that would rather spend more time enjoying their children and each other, seniors that need a little assistance at times, professionals that want to reward employees, thank their best clients, or upgrade their services to customers.
